Our Story

We are three founders of color who graduated from an Ivy Institution and received a learning experience that mostly the 1% can’t afford. We work to make accessible to the world our collective and diverse training from Columbia University’s Teachers College.

Tanisha Jain

CEO and Head of Marketing

She completed her Masters in Organizational Psychology at Columbia University, Teachers College. Driven by enabling individuals to thrive and live in alignment with themselves and others around them she is a consultant and coach facilitating transformative experiences for individuals, teams and organizations.
 
Her career expands working in media and entertainment, investment advisory and healthcare sectors. She has worked in various operational, marketing and partnership roles. She is an Organization Development  Practitioner and consults organizations on areas such as leadership, team building and change management.  She currently is the CEO at TC3.

Robert Louis-Charles

COO & Head of Programs

His professional journey encompasses almost two decades of leading personal and professional transformations within individuals, teams, and organizations to flourish in an increasingly complex world. He now spearheads this work as the Co-Founder of several wellness-based businesses, including The TC3. These ventures support individuals from all walks of life, to learn even more about themselves.
 
His education includes an M.A. in Counseling Psychology and Education with a concentration in Spirit, Mind, Body Practice at Columbia University Teachers College. Additionally, he holds an M.A. in Strategic Communication from Seton Hall University with Certifications in Organizational Communication and Entrepreneurial Studies.

Carlos Osuna

Facilitator and Executive Coach

He is a doctoral candidate in Adult Learning & Leadership at Columbia University, Teachers College. Carlos brings over 10+ years of working with teams in a variety of capacities (including virtual) and industries and prioritizing leadership development.
 
He is a certified executive coach from Columbia Business School, a recipient of the Gates Millennium Scholarship and a founding member of TC3. Carlos brings a uniquely qualified approach to facilitation that is supportive, inclusive, challenging, respectful, and highly impactful for meaningful growth.
